The annual TIME magazine’s ‘Person Of The Year’ mention is around the corner. The celebration took place on the 12th of December, 2018.

The publication sheds light on the persons, events or things that have had the most influence during the year. The feature doesn’t necessarily focus on who has made a positive influence but one (or people) whose actions and decisions have impacted the world as well as occurrences that have shaken the world and sparked conversations in many ways than one.

TIME Magazine’s  ‘Person Of The Year’ for 2018 are killed and imprisoned journalists which includes assassinated Washington Post’s journalist, Jamal Khashoggi. Other people on the list are Russian president – Vladimir Putin, Families that were separated at the US border, Black Panther’s director – Ryan Coogler, Professor Christine Blasey Ford who testified in court against Supreme court’s nominee Kavanaugh, South Korean president – Moon Jae-in, Duchess of Sussex – Meghan Markle, Robert Mueller – the special counsel who is investigating and researching Russia’s involvement in the 2016 United States presidential election.

The main TIME ‘Person Of The Year’ will be announced on Tuesday 18th of December on TIME’s website.
