Cheryl, Matthew Morrison, Alesha Dixon, Jordan Banjo, Oti Mabuse Attend BBC’s ‘The Greatest Dancer’ Photocall

The cast of the latest reality tv show that we can’t wait to watch, step out for a photocall in London, England.

Singer – Cheryl, Dancers – Alesha Dixon, Jordan Banjo and Oti Mabuse were present at BBC’s photocall for the forthcoming television show ‘The Greatest Dancer’. The event took place at The Mayfair Hotel in Kensington, London.

‘The Greatest Dancer’ is a brainchild of entertainment guru, Simon Cowell. The show follows the format of Simon and Syco Entertainment’s previous works except in this case it focuses on who can throw it down the best on the dance stage. 

The judges of the show are: Glee star – Matthew Morrison, Singer and Simon’s  – Cheryl and Strictly Come Dancing’s Oti Mabuse. The hosts are Strictly Come Dancing alumnus/winner – Alesha Dixon and member of Diversity/Britain’s Got Talent winner – Jordan Banjo.

When the show was newly announced, Alesha spoke about the idea of the show and co-hosting with Jordan Banjo: 

“I can’t wait to be a part of The Greatest Dancer and work with Jordan. As a massive fan of dance I’m so excited about the prospect of finding amazing new dance talent.”

Member of Diversity Dance Group and past winner of Britain’s Got Talent, Jordan Banjo, shared his excitement for joining Simon’s latest project: 

Coming from a talent show myself with Diversity has shown me how much a show like this can change your life, so to be on the other side hosting is going to be an awesome experience.

The winner of the show will take home the cash prize of 50,000 pounds.  Watch the teaser below:

In all the many years working in television, this would be Simon’s first time collaborating with BBC. The Greatest Dancer will premiere on BBC in 2019. and it’ll air on Saturday nights, possibly rivalling NBC’s The Voice.
